Membership
Enrollment
Memberships are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Facials do not roll over month to month (must use or lose policy).
Our memberships require a 6 month commitment.
Your membership is auto-renewal after 6 months term or you may cancel.
An automatic monthly payment will be charged on the 15th of every month or you can make a one-time payment in full.
Your membership must be active to receive exclusive benefits.
Membership fees may not be paid with Gift Cards or Certificates.
Please provide a 48 hour notice for cancellations.
